Twenty-five years ago, a group of professionals saw the need to improve welding and testing equipment for the geosynthetics industry to ensure quality installations and environmental protection.
In April 1999, they founded Demtech Services, Inc., taking advantage of new, faster, and lighter technology. Within eight months, they launched the Pro-Wedge hot wedge welder, which has become the welder of choice for many installers worldwide, with thousands of units shipped to date.
Demtech Services, Inc. continually uses the latest innovative designs, engineering, and technology to update and improve the Pro-Wedge Welder. We have added Pro-Data (data acquisition software) and hundreds of different kit configurations to accommodate welding various material types and thicknesses. Additionally, we offer two other wedge welder models, four extrusion welder models, many types of testing equipment, specialized tools, and deployment systems to support safe and efficient installations.
Since 1999, Demtech Services, Inc. has expanded its production facilities to over 10,000 square feet, including an on-site machine shop. We use state-of-the-art CNC lathes and milling machines to produce the highest quality parts for our entire product range. Additionally, we have assembled the most experienced team of technicians and employees in the industry. Our repair department is stocked with an extensive inventory of parts and accessories to support all service and repair needs. Our production department keeps the shelves stocked with new equipment so orders can ship immediately.
Since 2011, Demtech Services, Inc. has been hitting the road with our “Demtech On the Move” teams. This program successfully delivers customer service right to your doorstep. Our field technicians travel throughout the United States with fully-equip
